This will help us to keep things in check and will allow us to keep the flow of the evening in a chronological type of order so we have approximate times when things will happen throughout the day and /or evening. Filling this form out in advance will help us also to have the evening "sketched" out so we do not have to bother you at the event at all with any details. We also share this timeline with your other vendors involved such as your photographer, wedding planner, videographer, banquet manager, etc. Doing this in advance will help make your event stress free and fun.
